To secure a booking we take your debit or credit card details and debit your account for a £30 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 14 days before or longer there is no further charge.

Cancellation within 14 days to 7 days of your arrival, a further 30% of the total is due.

Cancellation within 7 to 2 days a further 50% is due.

Cancellation within 48 hours or if you do not arrive, 100% (less the deposit) is due.

Single Occupancy Bookings

Single bookings in any of the three suites are not accepted at weekends from 1^st April and 30^th September 2010.

However, the India and Tibet Suites may be booked for either double and single occupancy at any time if in conjuction with our ajoining single room (China Room) on a shared bathroom basis.

• Price for double occupancy (India Suite £96, Tibet Suite £80) + China Room: £30
• Price for single occupancy (India Suite or Tibet Suite) + China Room: charged at the double occupancy rate of the Tibet or India suite (India Suite £96, Tibet Suite £80).
